Does Pangée work without an internet connection?

Saved points in "My Points" and your preferences remain available offline, stored locally on your device. However, displaying map layers and querying a layer require a connection, as the data comes from third-party public servers (IGN, BRGM, Hub'Eau) or the editor's tile server.

Are the displayed data reliable?

Data is provided for information purposes by public producers (IGN, BRGM, Géorisques, Hub'Eau, INRAE) and does not replace field studies, in situ measurements, or expert advice. No regulatory or engineering decision should rely solely on the information displayed by the application.

Does Pangée cover overseas departments and regions?

Coverage depends on data availability from each producer for each territory. Check the Data Layers page (coming soon) for details by source.

Is Pangée free?

Yes, Pangée is entirely free, with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscription.

Which platforms is Pangée available on?

Pangée is available on iOS and Android, with public downloads on the App Store and Google Play Store.
